I couldn’t remember the last time I looked in the mirror & actually liked what I saw... I felt like an
I used to buy clothes that were two sizes too big because I wanted to hide behind them, & those clothes would never come off. I remember going to pool parties & being that one person who never took off their shirt & went in the pool. I genuinely hated being in my skin & that’s what caused things to spiral.
I started looking for anything that would make me stop hating what I saw in the mirror. I turned to pills to feel better about myself, at first it was once in a while... shortly after I was waking up & using hardcore prescription opioids every single day, this went one for almost a year until I tried to take my own life.
that’s when enough became enough! I knew I wanted to feel better & I turned to fitness. I worked out every night & made a commitment to turning my life around... & it started to work! I started to actually see progress, although it was slow.
Then I learned something “You can’t outwork a bad diet” So I started eating super healthy & it was working but I wasn’t happy because I felt like I wasn’t allowed to have ice cream or get a burger. I felt soo restricted!
so I learned how to make my food work for me instead of against me! That’s how I ended up creating The Food Freedom Method!
Everything is made up of calories so I found a way to make my calories work for me so I can still eat ice cream & get the lean muscular beach body I wanted!
The Food Freedom Method! Is based on some complex math & science however it’s super easy to follow... & I wanna teach it to you!
