I used to find comfort in food, I’d look in the mirror after my shower, be disappointed & turn to food. I remember countless nights where I'd raid my kitchen, eat everything in sight, wake up the next day hating what I saw & repeating the cycle again & again.
Until I discovered the power of tracking my food, this was the first big step towards me discovering The Food Freedom Method. Tracking is what taught me that you don’t have to choose between enjoying the food you like or having a body you like!
